Small and “cheap” netbooks becoming even more expensive. Even that the sale of netbooks constantly grows, from the buyers came surprising fact that they are dissatisfied.
In fact, according to the latest research, NPD and buyers in most cases have too high expectations. Even 60% of those who participated in the survey believed netbooks will provide equal performance as “big” notebook. Only 27% of respondents said they were satisfied with the speed that netbooks offer.
Researchers believe that one of the reasons for dissatisfaction lies in marketing that netbooks (false) promotes an alternative to laptops. Customers are also prone to bad estimation of their own working habits. About 60% of people bought the netbook for small dimensions, but the same percentage of customers their PCs never transfer, referred to in the NPD.
