Corsair introduced new SSD S256, successor of model S128. Except twice larger capacity of its predecessor, a new model is considerably faster (more then twice).
They still use Samsung MLC NAND flash memory, but the advanced controller and 64 MB cache are responsible for the benefits that the new model brings.
